The cosmos continues to challenge us to ground and expand this week. Incoming frequencies from the sun at equinox and planetary alignments influence our energetic environment. 3i-Ah visits Jupiter as it moves out of the solar system, leaving behind a trail of plasma to enlighten us! Plasma, the 4th state of matter, includes the other 3 – solid, liquid and gas. The visible universe is 98% plasma. It’s part of the interstellar medium along with magnetic fields, cosmic rays, photons and dust.

Noticed the “unpredictable” effects of the equinox window these last 2 weeks? The synergetic energies of 6 planets in alignment? Saturn and Neptune ushering in their partnership of dissolution and structure? (The rebuilding is harder to see, as a lot of it resides in our hearts and minds.) Don’t look for relief from the intensity anytime soon. We’re still in the shadow of the full moon eclipse; spring equinox arrives soon, and 3-iAh will be communing with Jupiter as it leaves our solar system.

I’m sharing a passage from one of my most treasured books, The Standing Stones Speak¹. Although this book was channeled over 25 years ago, I return to the wisdom it contains again and again. Last year I realized that for some strange reason, I had never read the last chapter! When I finally read “A Glimpse of the Future” it became clear - this is about NOW. There’s no relief from the chaos and intensity anytime soon. Our job is to hold the light - and the line - and integrate these new energies.

Starting on October 26th, they are traveling 25 miles a day accompanied by a dog named Aloka (“bright light”). Remember the creativity and peacefulness of the earlier large-scale protests? The rowdy town halls and public meetings? People were angry, but patiently waited to take their turn at the mic to express their views. Some were man-handled and removed. Outside of gatherings, social media posts targeted individuals with threats and violence. Overall it was contentious but somewhat contained. Now the mood has darkened, and the zone is officially flooded. What’s most important to give our attention to?

It’s all coming together - and apart - at the same time! What a process we’re in - but it’s not just about us. The cosmos is bursting with energy, constantly transforming in a dance of mutual exchange. We’re part of that equation, both receiving and initiating to impact the energy bath we swim in. On our planet humans are important as intermediaries between earth and sky. It’s the same with healing work – it helps integrate and ground changes in someone when energy moves between two people.

Kamala’s campaign mantra referred to the previous administration of her opponent. Little did we know a “return” would mean returning to the late 1800’s, known as the “Gilded Age” of Robber Barons. A wealthy few created monopolies to dominate key sectors of the economy, amassing huge fortunes. With corrupt politicians, they ruthlessly exploited natural resources and labor, widening income inequality. It’s been fascinating to interact with 3i-Ah. “Ah” is what I heard on my first visit; it’s a universal seed syllable that opens the throat, as in Amen and Ah-Om. The consciousness I’ve encountered these months has been a teacher for me. I’ve been avoiding other people’s interpretations (aside from the scientific) understanding that it presents differently to each person according to their nature. It shapeshifts, and dialed down its unusual profile when public speculation got out of hand!
