Sick of the word “unprecedented”?! It doesn’t just apply to our politics; underlying the disturbances in the field we’re experiencing are unique planetary signatures. Six planets are completing their entry into Aries, including the new moon on April 17th. It’s a stellium (more than 3 planets in one sign or house). Although affecting us greatly in the moment, many of these alignments are with us for several years. In simple terms, what are the personal ramifications of all these influences?

Until now we have been see-sawing between water and fire, dreams and action, Pisces and Aries. It’s confusing… free-floating desire, uncertain futures. Since the Sun arrived in Aries at the March 20th equinox, we’ve been headed this way; now, firmly in Aries territory we can feel the focus. The Warrior is astride the Fire Horse! Together they amplify the qualities of freedom and bravery, untamed and uncontained energy - spurring events both good and bad. It’s sparking action to begin a new phase for each of us, and collectively toward a new epoch.

Longer transits are shifting too. Chiron, the wounded healer, is conjunct this new moon. It’s been transiting Aries since 2018. Where have you felt powerless, a victim during this time that included Covid? Chiron is a lower frequency of Aries; from the exalted “me” to an identity crisis fueled by our worst fears and doubts. Now we can leave that behind, and once again become the author of our destiny. 

Zero point Aries is another initiation, the beginning of the zodiacal wheel. That’s where the Sun and Moon, Mercury and Mars, Saturn and Neptune are parked right now. Since Mars entered its home in Aries (April 9th) it’s been busy interacting with Uranus, Neptune, Pluto and Saturn. Mars also brings on the Warrior energy! With Neptune its thrust is oriented toward the spiritual; its visit with Saturn brings forward some much-needed discipline. Use the power of this stellium to bring visionary action into your life in a concrete way.

Neptune in Saturn (since March), Pluto out-of-bounds* (now), and Uranus in Gemini (soon) have historically  forecast political revolutions. It's evident the whole world is ripe for people power. Not a top-down hierarchy (or patriarchy!) but societies organized in a circular, cooperative earth-based framework. We can see so much of the status quo breaking down, but less evident are the parallel structures taking form. This is the beginning of 20 years of Pluto (the destroyer) in Aquarius (the builder, ruled by Uranus). Can you feel the evolutionary wave we are riding?

Next week Uranus, another great disrupter, moves into Gemini until 2032. Uranus has been in Taurus* since 2018, creating instability and instigating radical change (Covid, again). In Gemini, the sign of innovative ideas, it will transform our communities. Technology is an underlying factor in the upheaval as we reinvent current systems of communication, education and travel. We are being re-wired to connect in new ways beyond the ordinary concept of communication. I see more people tapping into the ability to speak with those on the other side and channel. Beings from other dimensions, like fairies and elves, will happily populate the earth again once we reconnect. Galactic beings are making conscious contact and will do so in bolder ways in the near future.

We're experiencing immediate planetary influences, and others that last years, decades, centuries - even millennia! The actual Age of Aquarius is over two thousand years, so - there is time. 

Moving from “holding our horses” in Pisces, dancing around the edges of what could be, we’re on a wild ride. Focus less on the speed and more on the rhythm that grounds and carries you. Create a comfort zone that fulfills your essential needs, so you can let go and move with this wildfire. It is unstoppable. Aries is willful, but in its highest frequency it embodies divine will.
