I've been practicing and teaching about energy healing – and energy types – for over twenty years. I have trained beginners and health professionals to bring energy healing to their friends, family and clients. 

My backstory starts with an Inuit healing mentor, to the 3-yr “School for Enlightenment and Healing”, to being ordained in Zen Buddhism and working as a hospital chaplain, to becoming a mother. These are just some of the influences, seen and unseen that inform my teaching.

Through in-person and online classes I’ve helped every student become a powerful healing presence, no matter their roles. Some were already working in healthcare and wanted to offer deeper, more effective and lasting results in their work - and be more engaged in the process. 

Some, with no previous background in energy healing, came through the Advanced Program and became professional practitioners.

Working with students and clients over the years it’s been a joy to watch their progress and growth. It’s not about changing who you are, but balancing your energy patterns, removing obstacles and letting your soul shine through!
